The first phase of the flood-lighting project at Tehran’s Vali-e-Asr Street has come on stream.
According to the Public Relations Department of Tehran Municipality’s Beautification Organization, the flood-lighting project was carried out in the northern end of the street as part of efforts to boost the beauty of the city and improving nightlife in the Iranian capital.
In the first phase of the project, 1100 out of 2100 lights were installed along the Street.
The lights are florin-2 anti-shock lamps which have been domestically made and are resistant to climate conditions including rain, snow and wind.
The lights come in five colors and have been specifically designed for Vali-e-Asr Street.
